I belong to a select group approved by the California Real Estate Commissioner to perform multiple real estate services. Because there are various real estate property types, specific companies specialize in one real estate asset class. Different contracts, laws, regulations, disclosures, government requirements, and marketing and financing options are all based on a property type!
Problem
A standard residential home is not best served utilizing a commercial real estate firm. Nor is luxury property best presented through a discount/online real estate service, nor are A++, well-qualified borrowers seeking a mortgage/financing suited for a hard money lender's high-priced loan points and double-digit interest rates.
